1. Revoke Google access
You can revoke Duplicate Killer's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account's own security settings, under "Third-party apps with account access". Revoking access immediately stops Duplicate Killer from being able to sign you in or access Google Drive on your behalf.
2. Your Google Drive files
Files Duplicate Killer moves to Trash remain Google Drive files. They are restored or permanently deleted through Google Drive itself (from Drive's own Trash), not through Duplicate Killer - we don't hold a separate copy of your files to restore or delete.
3. Duplicate Killer account / commercial data
Duplicate Killer keeps a small amount of account and billing state, described fully in our Privacy Policy - your internal account identifier, and, if applicable, billing/subscription identifiers and status. It does not include your Drive files, file IDs, filenames, checksums, or scan results.
Automated, self-service account deletion is not available yet. We do not claim otherwise. Deletion today is handled manually on request - see below.
4. Request deletion
To request deletion of your Duplicate Killer account and commercial data, email stephenjoehley@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Google account and ask us to delete your Duplicate Killer account data. We will confirm once it's done.
